There are two types of this Armour the old version and new version(for each piece of old prismarine armour you have on you gain half heart

Full set -0.09 damage debuff and night vision when wearing helmet. Full set makes you practically immune to projectiles.
Full set gives -0.03 Speed and +1 Max health
Gives Depth Strider V
Protects you from the cold, has unbreaking V
